This 2-hour introductory workshop offers a grounded and practical entry into shamanic journeying — a powerful method for gaining insight, clarity, and connection. You’ll learn: What shamanic journeying is, How to enter a journey state safely and intentionally, How to work with imagery, symbols, and inner guidance, How to continue this practice on your own. We will use breath, sound, and guided techniques to access deeper states of awareness. No prior experience is needed. Each participant will also get a physical “anchor” — an object to support intention and integration beyond the session.
