A one-day workshop designed for yoga teachers who have completed their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and are ready to step into greater confidence, authenticity and leadership. Explore sequencing, voice, embodied leadership, and the responsibility of holding space with integrity and care.
This is one of two FREE three-hour sessions that will teach you practical skills to carry out common maintenance tasks. You are welcome to attend just one or both sessions. Part 2 - Take your skills to the next level and learn routine DIY maintenance tasks that will keep your bike in top condition. brakes – adjusting, replacing pads and cables chain – clean, lubricate, repair and replace gears – tuning for best shifting and performance tools and equipment for the road and home workshop This class is for participants aged 12 and over What to bring? Your bike (street-legal e-bikes are welcome). A pump and portable toolkit if available. Refreshments provided. Registration is essential.
