Bring Your Drawings to Life! feel alive In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how movement adds personality and opens up endless storytelling possibilities. We’ll dive into the secrets of animation: how weight, size, and speed make a huge difference in bringing characters to life. Our focus? Faces—whether human, mythical, or totally out of this world. You’ll learn how to show emotions through expressions and movement. Together, we’ll pick an emotion for your character and reflect on how we show that feeling ourselves. For example, when you’re tired, your blinks slow down. That tiny detail can make your character look exhausted too! By observing and mimicking real reactions, you’ll create animations that truly connect. Suitable for ages 10-15 years. Please note all participants must be signed in and out of the activity by an adult. Cost: $40 + booking fee. All materials supplied, no prior animation experience required.
