Experience the vibrant rhythms of Latin America with the Sazón salsa band, a 12-piece powerhouse led by siblings Claudia, Elisa, and Juan. Originating from El Salvador and now based in Melbourne, they bring a fusion of Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Colombian styles to the stage. Enjoy bachata and salsa classes followed by live music and social dancing. Tickets for classes and social dancing are available online. Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts. Step back in time with Whoop Dee Doo Revue, Melbourne's iconic burlesque show featuring a LIVE JAZZ BAND! The band's repertoire includes a blend of jazz standards, smoky blues, and swing-era favorites, specially arranged for the burlesque performers. Each track is crafted to sync with the performers' movements, creating a unique and engaging experience. The runtime is 120 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

Quarter Street, Melbourne's salsa heavyweights, return to Domingo Latino, celebrating the Salsa Dura classics of the 70's from New York, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. They also perform their own original music. Join them for salsa classes from 7pm and social dancing and live Latin band from 8:30pm. Tickets are $35 for classes and social dancing, or $25 for the Latin band only. Pre-booking for classes is recommended.

Dance Nyx Inter level is an Intermediate Empowered Pop/ Commercial dance class on the banks of Merri Creek at SheBANG studios. The class is designed to be supportive, empowering and trauma informed. We begin with a thorough cardio warm up, Pilates tone up and stretch. Then we learn choreography over the 10 weeks to culminate in an in-house ‘showing’ on the last class. Dates: April 20th-June 22nd 6-7.25pm. 10 weeks. Cost: $260/245 (concession holders)
