Experience 9D Breathwork's latest journey, 'The Relational Field' with Max at Destination Happiness in Geelong. This session is a breathwork journey designed to help you clear emotional baggage and show up better in your relationships. You’ll uncover old patterns like shutting down or blaming, release what’s been held in, and move into a calmer, more connected state. From there, it’s about choosing love — letting go of expectations, taking responsibility for how you show up, and reconnecting with the curiosity and openness that keeps both your relationships with others and your relationship with yourself alive. 9D Breathwork combines deep conscious breathing, binaural beats, specific sound frequencies and guided hypnotic suggestions that creates a multi-dimensional sound experience. Spaces are limited to 12 participants only.


Wowak, meaning 'breathe', is a gentle, guided meditation led by Kiri Tawhai. This session weaves together breath, body movement, and storytelling to guide you back into connection with yourself and Country. Through the sharing of Songlines, you’ll be invited to listen deeply, move softly, and breathe with intention—grounding into presence, Culture, and the stories that live within and around us. No experience is needed, just a willingness to arrive and breathe. Attendance is free, but capacity is 15 people per session. No preparation or materials are required.
