Celebrating 30 years since she began her studies here at QUT and teeming with dizzying colour and intricate pattern, the exhibition reveals the visual and conceptual complexity that has defined the artist’s diverse output and traces the evolution of her practice from the mid-1990s to today.
Over 6 workshops, held fortnightly, you will create 3 or 4 (canvas) pieces. Marg will guide you through these sessions, provide you the opportunity to try different mediums and find joy in your creativity. The workshop is suitable for new to advanced artists. Easels, basic acrylics and watercolours will be available.

Life Drawing and Beers! It's happening on Sunday 8th February from midday till 2pm at The Scratch Bar, Milton. Come a little bit early so you can be all ready with a pencil in one hand and a drink in the other by the time the workshop starts. You are encouraged to bring your own drawing materials, however some materials can be provided. We will be on hand to get you started and offer any help along the way but this is mostly a self-guided session.
Join Kat for a three hour workshop covering the basics of gouache and the magic of loose landscapes. This class will cover the basics of techniques, materials, colour mixing, and also look at landscape layering and composition. We will be working from photos of the landscape as inspiration, please feel free to bring your own landscape photos!
