Stanton Moore Trio, a New Orleans-born drummer and founding member of the Grammy-nominated funk band Galactic, brings his infectious style to the stage. With collaborations with music luminaries like Irma Thomas, Joss Stone, and Tom Morello, Moore's name is now among the Big Easy's greats. The Stanton Moore Trio performs straight-ahead jazz, offering a unique experience. Shows at 7:30pm and 9:30pm, doors open at 7:00pm and 9:00pm respectively. The restaurant is open from 5pm to 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime. Advance ticket holders can make dinner reservations online or by email. The bar is open until midnight, but only charcuterie, cocktails, and soft drinks are available in the Music Room. Arrive 90 minutes before showtime for full dinner service.

The Uptown Jazz Orchestra, formed by Grammy award-winning trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis, is set to present an unforgettable evening of jazz with master saxophonist Amari Ansari leading the band. This iconic orchestra, known for its rich talent pool and high production value, offers a unique experience with performances at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Enjoy a pre-show or post-show dinner in the Dining Room, with advanced reservations available for ticket holders. Note that only cheese, charcuterie, cocktails, and soft drinks are available in the Music Room during the show.
