Art Events in Dubuque

Based on the original historic Anne Frank diary, this play tells the story of eight Jewish residents hiding from the Nazis in Amsterdam during WWII. Derived from Anne's words, the audience experiences the day-to-day joys and fears of life in hiding. This timeless story is especially relevant for new generations. This production is based on the updated 1997 version of the 1955 play, with added diary entries. Talk Back sessions with the cast and director follow performances on March 14 and March 20.
