Join co-founder, Leslie Shalabi, for a unique, interactive farm-to-table evening at Convivum. This intimate experience begins with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or mocktail featuring herbs and seasonal ingredients grown in Convivium’s gardens. From there, guests will take a guided tour of the gardens to learn about Convivium’s urban agriculture work and the role fresh food plays in building healthier communities. After the harvest, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a simple, seasonal dinner prepared with the ingredients we’ve just picked. Throughout the evening, Leslie will share the story and mission of Convivium Urban Farmstead and how food can be a powerful tool for connection—to our land, our neighbors, and ourselves.
