Join us in Secret Harbour for this beautifully guided 9D Breathwork experience, 'Letting Go'. Ready to release what you’ve been carrying… and finally feel lighter? This is a powerful yet accessible journey, making it the perfect first-time experience for those curious about breathwork, while also allowing returning breathers to go deeper into release and transformation.

A day to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. This one-day retreat is your invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of calm, clarity, and inner connection. A gentle, nourishing experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, process what’s been sitting beneath the surface, and return to yourself feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Breathe & Release – An Introduction to Breathwork & Deep Relaxation. Most of us carry tension we don’t even realise — in our shoulders, our jaw, our chest — while our breath becomes shallow and our mind stays busy. This Breath Awareness class is a gentle introduction to breathwork with progressive muscle relaxation, to help you reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state. Everything is guided step-by-step in a calm, supportive space, making this class perfect for beginners or anyone looking for practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm.

This co-creating and manifesting workshop is designed to help you align your energy, clarify your intentions, and consciously create the life you are calling in. Rather than simply learning concepts, you will be guided through an experiential process that blends mindset, embodiment, and intuitive practices to shift from passive wishing into intentional creation. What sets this workshop apart is its grounded, holistic approach. We don’t just focus on thinking differently, we work with the body and energy to help you actually feel into your desired outcomes. This creates a deeper level of alignment, making your intentions more embodied, believable, and actionable.

Come along and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit

Walking the Final Journey – A 4-week Support Series There comes a time when life begins to change — and for many, it brings uncertainty, questions, and a quiet sense of “what do we do now?” This four-part series has been created to guide you through that time with clarity, practical support, and calm reassurance. Diane Vince - a Registered Nurse with over 50 years of experience, will be walking alongside you — not with medical jargon, but with real understanding, honest conversation, and practical guidance that actually helps. Deanne Moulden - a healer and spiritual coach, will gently guide you through the deeper, unseen layers of loss and help you find comfort, connection, and meaning beyond it. This is about feeling more prepared, more confident, and less alone. What we’ll cover: Session 1 — Understanding the Journey Session 2 — Supporting with Confidence How to care at home. We’ll also talk about the little things that often aren’t spoken about — changes you might notice, how to respond in the moment, and how to stay calm when something doesn’t feel quite right. It’s about giving you that quiet confidence so you’re not second-guessing yourself every step of the way. At the same time, we’ll make sure you know when to reach out for help and who to turn to, so you’re supported as well — because good care isn’t about doing everything alone, it’s about knowing you’ve got the right backup around you. Session 3 — Planning with Care It’s about giving you that quiet confidence, so you’re not left wondering what to do in the moment. Session 4 — When It’s Time and After Finding support before, during, and after the final journey, what happens when the time comes, and what follows after, — the emotional shifts, grief, the quiet moments, and the changes in identity when the caring role is no longer there. We’ll also look at where to find support, from practical services to counselling, community connections, and spiritual care, so you’re not left navigating this next phase alone. It’s about understanding that grief doesn’t follow a straight line and giving yourself permission to move through it in your own way, at your own pace. You don’t need to have all the answers — you just need a place to start.
