A welcoming space for connection, understanding and mutual support. Listening Lounge mental health peer support groups are a safe, supportive space to connect with others who’ve gone through mental health struggles of their own. You can show up as you are - if you’ve had a rough week, there is no need to pretend otherwise. It’s ok to not be ok in this group. You can even turn up in your pyjamas if you like, get up, move around, sit on the floor, whatever makes you feel comfortable! The group follows a semi-flexible structure and is co-facilitated by two trained peer workers with lived experience themselves.
