What will be provided: A table to rest your writing implements on, A chair to rest yourself on, Water and various receptacles to hold said water, A prompt for you to write about (if you don't have anything you are currently working on). “Ida vs Oxford? Union House vs Kaleide? Brags about ATAR vs claims to have never looked? The cultural heart of Melbourne's university performing arts scene are at stake. Red vs Blue is the ultimate improv theatre showdown, where wit is weaponised and bragging rights are on the line. Two powerhouse teams go head-to-head in a fast-paced battle of scenes, stories, and split-second genius. Inspired by the works of Keith Johnstone's works, teams armed with nothing but audience suggestions and razor-sharp instincts, these performers will clash in outrageous games, unexpected twists, and high-stakes theatrical chaos. Every punchline lands in real time. Every dramatic turn is made up on the spot. And every round edges one university closer to eternal campus glory. Who will claim victory? Who will crumble under pressure? And which university will walk away officially crowned the best (or at least until next years if it goes well?) Let the Theatre Sports begin.
