Hormonal imbalance rarely announces itself loudly. It whispers through fatigue no amount of sleep can fix. Through irregular cycles that leave you frustrated. Through mood swings, anxiety, or a quiet sense of being “off.” Through stubborn weight changes, brain fog, low libido, poor sleep, or skin flare-ups. Many of us have lived here for years. Functioning. Pushing. Normalising. Up to 80% of women will experience hormone-related symptoms in their lifetime. But here’s the truth: your hormones are not failing you. They are adapting. Adapting to stress, to lifestyle demands, to environmental pressures. Too often, they shift into survival mode long before we notice. This evening is an invitation to finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you. Join Ana Plesec, holistic nutritionist, herbalist, and health coach, alongside Dr Gupta, for a 90‑minute live workshop that blends personal experience, practical strategies, and clinical insight. Ana will share her own journey through hormonal disruption—exhaustion, irregular cycles, hair loss, and skin issues—and how she rebuilt balance through nourishment, lifestyle, and cyclical living. Dr Gupta will offer an integrative medical perspective on how hormones work, why imbalances occur, and their impact on energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and long-term health. This is not about fixing your body. It is about listening, understanding, and supporting it. What You’ll Explore • How modern life impacts hormonal health • The connection between hormones and your nervous system • Why fatigue, mood swings, bloating, and poor sleep are often signals, not failures • Nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors that support hormonal balance naturally • Tools to work with your cycles, stress, and feminine rhythm • Daily practices that create long-term shifts in energy, mood, and wellbeing Whether you are navigating cycle changes, perimenopause, fatigue, or simply want to optimise your hormonal health, this workshop offers a grounded, compassionate framework. We will close with an interactive Q&A so you can ask your questions and walk away with practical, personalised advice. Your ticket includes access to a professional recording, delivered one to two weeks after the event. Please note that a professional team will be recording this session to share this vital information with those who cannot attend in person. Limited seats available – reserve your spot early. If your body has been whispering for attention, this is your invitation to listen. To reconnect. To restore balance. To feel like yourself again.
