Design and craft your own lantern from upcycled plastic and glass jars with Autumn leaves, pressed flowers and coloured tissue paper. Experiment with colours and shapes and light up the school holidays!

Book in a Box Diorama

Construct a book in a box diorama and bring your favourite stories to life in 3D. Design and build your own secret miniature world or scene inside a box ready to be discovered through the peephole. For ages 7-12. This event is part of AHC Libraries' World Book Day. We look forward to seeing you for a day of celebrations, reading, crafting, and more! Tickets are required for each participating child. Accompanying adults are to remain in the library.
