Join us for a hands-on, supportive workshop designed to build confidence in using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Many people hesitate in an emergency because they’re unsure how the machine works or worry they might make a mistake. Our goal is to change that. This community session will demystify how AEDs work, show you when and why to use them, provide simple, step-by-step demonstrations, give you the chance to practise in a safe, relaxed environment, and break down fear and hesitation so anyone can act confidently. AEDs are designed for everyday people, not medical professionals. With the right knowledge and reassurance, anyone can save a life. This workshop is about awareness, empowerment, and making our community safer together.
