Find the best education events and make the most of your time next 30-days in Norton Summit. From art to spirituality and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Join Simone Linder-Patton for this hands-on clay fun character pot workshop for teens. Using soft clay slabs, participants will design and build their own unique character pots. Cylindrical forms may include small vases, and open forms such as plates and small bowls can be made using either hump or slump molds. Pieces will be decorated with Under Glazes and texture and will be taken away and fired in Simone's kiln. All materials included. Pieces are usually ready for collection within 4 weeks of the workshop date.
Join us for an exclusive face-to-face event where we will be discussing the latest updates on Varroa and recent Adelaide Hills detections.
Join us for this free event to discover the secrets of the elusive echidna. There are few animals more unusual than the echidna – a spiky, egg-laying mammal that eats ants. But some of the most striking things about echidnas are things most of us don't know. That they use their snout like a snorkel when they swim, that they can sense electromagnetic fields, that they have intriguingly complex brains, startling physical strength and 'backwards' back feet. That they go into torpor when conditions are poor and can survive fires by sheltering underground. And that during the mating season, male echidnas will line up behind a female, making cooing noises and forming an orderly echidna train, waiting for their chance to impress her with some very strange reproductive equipment!
