This free workshop is designed to empower daughters aged 11-13 with foundational knowledge and tools for healthy intimate relationships. Topics include body positivity, body autonomy, and empowered anatomy. The workshop will be structured around practical tools for mindset, communication, and embodiment. It will be phone-free and include a parent/caregiver pre-workshop evening. The event is presented by Natalie from Tell Your Daughters, who also works with Women’s Health and Equality Queensland. If tickets are sold out, participants can join the waiting list.

The 'Tools for Teens 14+yrs - Tell your sons - 21 March' workshop provides practical tools for navigating romantic relationships with confidence and integrity. It will cover communication, embodiment, and relationship tools, and will be phone-free. The workshop is free and focuses on male-born bodies.
