Relax and deepen your connection with nature for your wellbeing and the health of the Earth. Join this guided forest bathing walk through and with the rainforest at Mapleton Falls National Park. Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities to support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside and explore or deepen your own relationship with nature. We'll be guided in simple ceremonies, wanderings, sharing circles and resting time. We will get to know the beings that call this place home in a group of up to 7 (ages 6+ welcome).

The Apes are back! After their show at MPH last year, they played to epic crowds at The Chai Tent at the one and only Woodford Folk Festival and are ready to bring their eclectic and energetic sounds to you. Come along and be taken on a most excellent journey into the far reaches of whatever it is you might need to grab.

Expect a full, rich sound as she brings an entirely new collection of songs to life. The night also celebrates the release of her upcoming single “I’ll Find My Way”, dropping Tuesday 28th April, marking an exciting new chapter in her musical journey. Opening the night is a very special guest, Connor Mitchell of rock and roll band Emu, showcasing his beautiful and raw solo acoustic music.
