Join Peer Facilitator Rachel for a fun music session and opportunity to connect and share experiences with other carers who understand. Share your favourite song, artist or genre with the group and why its special to you. We will have a group music game and just enjoy this time out together. You can use this as a refresher of the power of music in your life, especially when times are challenging, and how it can support you.
