Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute Sound Healing & Yin Yoga Journey designed to soothe your nervous system, release what no longer serves, and realign your energy as we transition into the cooler season. This gentle yet powerful experience combines sound vibrations with yin poses that aim to target the meridians (energy pathways) that are most active in autumn. The practice supports you to slow down, reconnect, and shift into a more introspective energetic alignment as the cooler days arrive. Sound will support you throughout the entire session, cocooning you in vibrations that hold you through the poses while creating a soundscape in harmony with the sequence.
