Dhamma Dance is an embodied mindfulness practice that blends authentic movement, meditation, and the living wisdom of the Buddha’s teachings. It’s a space to slow down, listen deeply, and return to the body. Through gentle guidance and open movement, we explore what it means to be human. The stillness and the wildness, the grief and the joy, allowing each to move and unfold in its own way.
