Battling my own mental health demons in my teens and early twenties, I found it hard to see the support around me. Thankfully, it was always there. I've found hope and healing on my own recovery journey, in large part, thanks to the support and care of a community who stepped in to listen, lead and love me when I needed it most. In my experience, stories, wisdom and encouragement are essential in stoking the inner fire that lights our way out of darkness.
