An immersive evening of somatic breathwork, live music, and 360° nature soundscapes supporting presence, embodied awareness, and nervous system support.
Take some time out to learn some practical breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques that you can use in your everyday life. Unwind and reset with an evening of guided meditation and breathwork session, hosted by DMFS with guest Miri from Awaken Your Vibe. This calming session is designed to help you release the stress of the day, improve focus, and reconnect with your body and mind in a supportive, relaxed environment.
For the woman who holds everyone else, and is ready to be held. This is an invitation to slow down. This experience weaves together gentle yin-inspired movement, guided journaling, and somatic breathwork to support emotional release, deeper body connection, and a return to yourself. Together, we’ll move through: Gentle movement to open the body and invite softness and ease, Journaling around the theme of receiving, Somatic breathwork to support release, presence, and embodiment, and A slow, intentional closing to support integration and grounding.
