Bookings are available via Humanitix 1 hour before the service starts. JPs are available to witness a person making a statutory declaration, witness a person making an affidavit or certify that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate copy. Please ensure that you have: Your original copy, Number of copies required, Identification, Completed forms. Please note: If you have more than 10 documents and clients are waiting, the JP may ask you to go to the end of the queue to have other documents signed. Priority is given to clients who have booked in. The JP’s volunteer their time to our community and as such their time is limited. The JP Service is subject to the availability of the JP and may be cancelled without notice. Every effort is made to find a replacement JP in the event that the regularly scheduled JP is unavailable.
