Surf Apnea Survival Course with Matt Grainger and Felipe Denari. Learn from years of experience in surfing and surf survival scenarios. Course covers deep relaxation states, stress management, lung health, breath control, and more. Spots are limited!

A guided walk along the shoreline exploring edible and useful seaweeds and coastal species, shaped by tide, season, and respect for Country. Where possible, we'll prepare and share a simple meal by the sea.

Explore Middle Cove with Ben, a AAA volunteer guide, to see how the architects designed the houses to interact with the landscape and bush. This leisurely walk will take you back in time to see some of Sydney's best domestic architecture from the 1950s to today.
