The 1881 Bequest Society warmly invites you and a guest to a private guided tour of the Old Treasury Building, followed by an optional lunch. Widely regarded as one of Melbourne’s finest 19th-century buildings, the Old Treasury Building is a landmark of gold-rush architecture. Designed by J.J. Clark and completed in 1862, it now operates as a museum celebrating Melbourne’s rich history. We would be delighted to welcome you. Please note tickets are $12 per person. The optional lunch is available following the tour at The Bank on Collins (payment for food and beverages can be made at the restaurant).
