After a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment you might find yourself wondering “what now?”Dragon boat paddling is a safe way to get active again and reclaim your confidence alongside people who understand. Dragon boat paddling supports rehabilitation after breast cancer surgery and promotes physical and emotional wellbeing. AND it’s great fun! Breast cancer survivors of all ages and fitness levels are welcomed - no experience is needed! Our qualified coaches will help you learn paddling techniques, starting gently and gradually building fitness. A support person is welcome to accompany you at this event. More information will be provided after registration for this event.

This psychology-led group provides a safe and validating space for carers to share experiences, process emotions, and learn practical strategies to sustain their mental health. Each session is $50.
