This is an evening to celebrate the wonderful achievements of all TAS Trimester 1 teams and recognise our top achievers throughout the season. Queensland continues to be the last State to amend Management Rights - which locks apartment owners into contracts 25 years or longer. AAA will host expert lawyers Juliette Nairn of OMB Lawyers and Jason Carlson of Chambers Russell Lawyers as we discuss the two minor changes to the Act that would make management rights more equitable. Apartment owners that face this issue are welcome to attend and share their experiences and views on AAA's proposed changes.
