Join us for a chill and inclusive yoga session where everyone is welcome, no matter your gender, orientation, or experience level! Queer Yoga is a mindfulness-based program offered to the LGBTQ+ community that promotes holistic health & wellness for Queer folx. Safe & supportive allies of Queer Yoga participants, are also welcome to attend in solidarity with their family and/or friends. Each class offering is beginner-friendly. Instructors make the class accessible for 1st-timers, and offer alternative poses for more advanced practitioners. The program features a variety of styles and approaches, but mainly integrates Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and/or Vinyasa Yoga coupled with meditation & breathwork. Queer Yoga upholds a platform of diversity & inclusion within the yoga teacher rotation, to honor the fact that representation matters for students. All students are welcomed and affirmed.
