Join us for an epic 2010s dance party, 'Can't Feel My Face,' exclusively for those 21+. Relive the iconic hits of the decade with live DJ sets, immersive light shows, and a nostalgic atmosphere. Join us for a morning of coffee and conversation at The Dock with artist Jill Rizzo, whose solo show is currently on view at Millwork Commons in the LALA Gallery. The exhibition features works from her ongoing exploration of the human condition. Jill will be joined by Amelia Broussard, exhibitions and events coordinator for LALA. The two will chat about recurring themes and symbols appearing in Jill's work, and why making art can be life saving - especially in the everyday unrest of this year. Enjoy coffee from Archetype and pastries from Sweet Magnolia while you take in the art. This event is presented by LALA: Local Artist Local Art, whose mission is to build a more diverse, resilient, and thriving arts sector in Omaha.
