Mary-Carmen Wiser is a mindfulness educator and group facilitator dedicated to helping others cultivate compassionate awareness and authentic connection. With a master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies and a background in psychology, she weaves contemplative traditions, somatic practices, and psychoeducation to support personal growth and nervous system healing. Her workshops invite participants to slow down, unmask, and reconnect with their natural wisdom and wholeness. Individual Swamping sessions are available by request.
