This Circle explores the hidden side of treatment failure: self-doubt, shame, fear of reputation damage, loss of confidence, sleep disruption, and the silent pressure to “always be competent.” Through guided conversation and shared experiences, we will examine how complications affect our identity, leadership, and personal well-being — and how to navigate these moments with resilience, growth, and integrity.
