Join us for a fun evening creating your own piece of art of your furry friend! All materials are included and no experience is necessary, you will be provided acrylic paints and a 12" x 12" piece of weathered wood. Instruction by former Boise Art Museum Art Instructor and local artist, Lisa Benson. Once you register, participants need to email a close-up photo of their pet to: info@lepaint.com. Your first glass of wine and small bites are included in the class cost. You may bring in your own snacks from the Boise Co-op. Additional wine may be purchased. Must be 21 years or older.

Our classic cactus sugar cookie class! Guests 12 and older will decorate 2 large and 2 small sugar cookies. Our pastry chefs will teach our fun cactus design and give you creative freedom and tips to decorate your other cookies. Class includes: instruction, four cookies with frosting tips to take home, 20% off retail that day and a 1/2 sandwich OR regular salad and a drink.

Jeremy will guide the class through a selection of carefully curated Irish brews, each with its own unique character and story to tell. From crisp, refreshing ales to robust, flavorful stouts, discover the diverse range of flavors that define Irish beer culture. Whether you're a seasoned beer enthusiast or feeling festive, this beer tasting class brings an enjoyable journey through the world of Irish beer. Sourdough Breadmaking Workshop with Kala Riddle. Take your sourdough skills to the next level in this introductory bread-baking class with sourdough baker Kala Riddle. You'll learn the basics of making your own naturally leavened bread at home from mixing, rising, shaping, long-fermentation, scoring, and storing your finished loaf. Kala will guide you through the process step-by-step, sharing techniques and tips, and troubleshooting common sourdough bread-baking challenges. Attendees will leave with an active sourdough starter ready to use, a detailed recipe, and the confidence to bake your own sourdough bread at home.
Brew School presented by Dawson Taylor at the Village Classroom. If you would like to up your coffee game, join this class to learn more about brewing methods. You'll get hands-on experience with a French press, Hario V-60, and Aeropress while understanding how they work. At the same time, you'll improve your palate by learning to notice the subtle distinctions in coffee prepared using different methods. Ask your coffee questions and get answers as you delve deeper into the science and craft of brewing coffee. You'll leave with the skills to make you the best barista in your home café. Class includes food pairings from the Boise Co-op, as well as a take-home bag of coffee beans from Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters so you can continue to expand your brew-knowledge at home.
