Hosted by Abolition Advocacy Project, this symposium will explore abolitionist approaches to litigation, legislation, and liberation. Through multidisciplinary engagement, scholars, teachers, organizers, artists, and students will explore abolitionist approaches to litigation, legislation, and liberation. We will examine how the legal system upholds carceral power and how we might reimagine it as a tool for transformation.
