Pair handcrafted, all-natural chocolate made at The Chocolate Therapist with unique wines in beautiful downtown Littleton. Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next, we'll pair four different international and domestic wines with 2 chocolates each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 wines, 10 chocolates total). Shopping discount at end of class. (14-person limit per class to insure everyone gets plenty of wine, wines change every quarter!)
