Calling warmth and light into the body and breath with aromatherapy and massage to drop you into this mini retreat. This extended offering will begin with a themed intention, meditation, and light stretches to get your body ready for stillness. The restorative practice will include the use of props to intentionally rest more deeply in your body. Caitlin will provide sound healing throughout the class, with various singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and instruments while Jacqui will be offering assists and massage. Don’t forget your eye pillow and journal to jot down any intentions or inspirations.
