Calling warmth and light into the body and breath with aromatherapy and massage to drop you into this mini retreat. This extended offering will begin with a themed intention, meditation, and light stretches to get your body ready for stillness. The restorative practice will include the use of props to intentionally rest more deeply in your body. Caitlin will provide sound healing throughout the class, with various singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and instruments while Jacqui will be offering assists and massage. Don’t forget your eye pillow and journal to jot down any intentions or inspirations.
A somatic workshop to clear stuck emotions and return to your power. If you’ve been feeling heavy, frustrated, or stuck in emotions you thought you already dealt with, this workshop is for you. Maybe you’ve journaled, cried, talked it out… and yet something still feels off. That’s because emotions don’t just live in the mind - they live in the body. In this powerful somatic experience, you’ll learn how to safely access and release stored emotions like anger, sadness, frustration, and fear, through movement, breath, and sound. This is your chance to let it out, let it go, and come home to yourself. You’ll discover: Why thinking about your emotions isn’t the same as truly processing them How unprocessed emotions get stuck in the body and can show up as burnout, emotional outbursts, or physical tension A guided journey to safely move, express, and release stuck emotions You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your truth and power. This is a safe space to feel, release, and remember who you are underneath it all.
