New Wave Gathering brings together the region’s most exciting emerging winemakers for an evening of bold drops, creative blends, and boundary-pushing flavour.   On the menu? Delicious street food served up by Normal Van and Sons of Naples, plus an exclusive Snack Bar by Perth-based award-winning chefs Blaze Young and Drew Dawson.   With Grant Smillie & Alex Dimitriades spinning vinyl at sunset, it’s all about good wine, great vibes, and a fresh take on the Margaret River experience. For those looking to take their wine knowledge to the next level, free wine tasting masterclasses will be held by Nick Ryan (The Australian). Each ticketholder receives 4 x Wine Tasting Tokens and the complimentary Pair'd Bus, with food and drinks available for purchase.

Barefoot luxury at its finest. For one weekend only, Meelup Beach becomes the Pair’d Beach Club - a dreamy coastal dining experience where the region’s best wines, bold local flavours, and laidback beats come together by the sea.  Choose from two exclusive ways to experience our Beach Club: Beach Club Restaurant: Enjoy a four-course shared feast, served in an elevated beachside restaurant setting. Crafted by Michelin-starred seafood chef Nathan Outlaw and renowned regional chef Aaron Carr of Yarri, each course is paired with exceptional Margaret River wines. Beach Club Bar: Opt for a more relaxed vibe at our luxe open-air Beach Bar, be treated to a delicious seafood roll, a beachside bite, and a glass of Margaret River wine in hand (and add a reserved day bed for a little extra indulgence).  All of our guests can enjoy full access to the Beach Club’s vibrant coastal setting - including our bar offering a curated Margaret River wine list, coastal cocktails, and ice-cold beers from Eagle Bay Brewing Co., our Official Beer Partner.  Plus, enjoy intimate wine sessions hosted by local sommelier Cyndal Petty, showcasing standout Margaret River drops. All set to the sound of live DJ and sax sets from Mark Turner and Feel Estate, bringing the ultimate beachside vibes to the white sand.

It's a pasta party and you're invited!  We are setting the table al fresco for a long long lunch at Masseria Restaurant on Sunday 23 November. Settle in for our signature 'per tutti' feast complete with housemade pasta served tableside, paired with Cherubino wines. Enjoy a Contrattino spritz on arrival with Masseria snacks then settle in for a pasta feast you won't forget. 

Be among the first to sip Willespie’s new chilled red Gamay and Gamay Rosé while Chef Melissa Palinkas of Young George (East Fremantle) brings the flavour, with house-made charcuterie and canapés designed to satisfy and surprise.  And the vibe? Pure groove. DJ Gamma Ray takes the decks with her vinyl collection. Got a favourite record? Bring it along and let it spin into the night.  Your ticket includes two glasses of wine to get the good times rolling and all food. After that, bottles and glasses are available for purchase. 

40th Cullen Wines International Chardonnay Tasting The Cullen International Chardonnay Tasting is a testament to the legacy of Dr Kevin John Cullen. What began as his annual gathering to celebrate his favourite varietal and producers has grown into one of the most important events on the Australian wine industry calendar. Kevin believed in Margaret River’s potential to produce wines equal to the best in the world, which led to the creation of the Cullen Wines Annual International Chardonnay Tasting to benchmark Margaret River Chardonnay against the finest from around the globe. Celebrating the 40th Year of the International Chardonnay Tasting, the event will be held on Saturday, 22nd November, featuring the incredible 2021 vintage. Guests will enjoy three brackets of tastings followed by a sumptuous lunch. Vanya Cullen is honoured to continue the tradition started by her father, sharing and enjoying some of the finest Chardonnays the world has to offer.

An afternoon of world-class wines, rare finds, and exceptional tastings.  The Grand Tasting is far more than a cellar door visit—it’s a four-hour wine-tasting celebration of iconic vintages, limited releases, and winemaker favourites all in one stunning location. Indulge in festival dishes crafted by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and Italian soprano and cookbook author Silvia Colloca, showcasing their culinary expertise.  On the music stage, Silvia will also treat guests to a live opera performance, providing a captivating soprano finale to your afternoon of wine tastings.  At the Perfect Pair’d stage, hear from Kirk Pengilly (INXS) and Layne Beachley, founders of KP Wine, as they partake in engaging Q&A sessions. Plus, expect other special guest appearances from some well-known names.  Optional Museum Tasting Masterclasses with top wine writers Nick Ryan and Erin Larkin offer a deeper dive for those seeking more (additional cost). 

Join us for an unforgettable evening among the vines at Juniper Estate in Wilyabrup. Winemaker Andy Bretherton will be pouring the first of the newly released crisp 25 Sparkling and the gorgeous 25 Fiano. Mingle to the sounds of live acoustic music as the sun sets over the vineyard and be treated to sumptuous canapés. As twilight settles in, take your seat at a beautifully styled long table for an intimate local seafood-focused family-style dinner under the stars in one of the region’s most breathtaking settings. Join us for a unique experience as Oliver Brown, Head Chef and Owner of the acclaimed Updown Farmhouse in Kent, UK, travels Down Under to reunite with his former colleague and friend, Brendan Pratt, in Busselton. Having honed their skills together at London's esteemed Le Café Anglais from 2010 to 2012, this event marks their first joint venture in over a decade. Set against the backdrop of Busselton's picturesque coastline, this collaboration promises a harmonious blend of Updown Farmhouse's rustic yet refined British charm and Brendan's contemporary Australian cooking. Guests will be treated to a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates seasonal and local produce like marron, abalone and wagyu beef, all tied together with the shared culinary philosophies of both chefs. Chef Brendan Pratt invites a bunch of his chefs mates to his kitchen to give Pair’d the send-off it deserves. Each chef will present a signature dish full of local flavour that pairs perfectly with wines and beers from across the region - Graze your way through the evening and toast the chefs, producers and makers who make this place extraordinary – all while grooving to Shogun, Max Veenhuyzen and DJ Mandy B spinning vinyl (with the dancefloor cranking up from 8pm).
