Discover the best events and make the most of your time this month in Witchcliffe. From music to education and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Join The Ragtones and Dave's Dobro Dream Hour as they traverse the muddy Mississippi Delta and Piedmont hill country blues, the back streets of New Orleans and the ink-stained corners of Tin Pan Alley on an historic journey through the interwar music styles that defined 1920s, 30s and 40s America. Performed with genuine vintage instruments and microphones, the sounds have a rich, authentic texture, taking audiences on a dreamy trip back into the glory days of parlour music, speakeasies and jook joints. Uplifting, toe tapping and redolent with the stories of some beloved and long-lost artists, come ready to dance, swoon and revel with some of WA's finest exponents of this music.

Open to new, emerging and practicing writers, The Marritree Writers Group is an opportunity to write and to connect with fellow writers in the community. Part writing group, part workshop, we will stretch our writing muscles with invitations to write in poetry and prose, provide feedback when requested and encouragement when you most need it! Get your writing project into shape and springboard into a new year of creativity. Hosted by Miranda Aitken, poet and owner of The Marritree.

Come and join us at Witchcliffe Apothecary and learn how to make beeswax taper candles.

Live in The Chapel - Folk Stars Under Southern Skies Kris Mizzi (VIC, folk), Isabel Rumble (NSW, folk), Tim Darby (WA, clonk) swap songs, stories and stories of songs. An intimate night of three similar but very different musicians. Song by song, tale by tale, they'll delve deeper into the art of writing music that resonates deeply, and play it live.
