It's that time again to dust off your wheels, dress in an explosion of colour and don your helmet for the Women on Wheels Geraldton 2026. In its third year, we continue to celebrate active travel, connectivity in Geraldton and International Women's Day. All wheels are welcome – participants can ride a bike or a scooter, walk with a pram or even dig out those 80’s roller skates – and of course bring your helmet! The 16km route will begin under the shade between the Geraldton Yacht Club and Regional Sounds at Stow Gardens then take participants on a leisurely journey north following Geraldton's stunning coastline to the Sunset Beach Carpark on Swan Drive before returning to the shade for a complimentary beverage from the coffee van. Please note, registration for long table lunch option closes at 4:30pm Wednesday 4 March 2026. Participants are encouraged to bring their music, go at their own pace and to stop for breaks and selfies along the way. Share your photos by using the hashtag #womenonwheelsgeraldton and tag the @CityofGreaterGeraldton.
