At the completion of this session, you will be able to: Understand how to create an effective peer group. Understand how to create safer and more inclusive spaces. Identify key facilitator skills and reflect on personal facilitation challenges. Learn different methods that support group participation. Learn how to navigate common challenges and disruptions.
