Join us for a weekend of various purification practices utilising the Four Opponent Powers. The individual practices will be led by different people and the weekend will include teachings from Geshe Rabten. The programme will include: Teachings on The Four Opponent Powers, Tong Len (Meditation on taking and giving), Vajrasattva Meditation, Damtsig Dorje (Samaya Vajra) Meditation, Prostrations to the 35 Buddhas, Dorje Khadro Fire Puja.

Aimed at Primary School children aged between 5 and 12 years. The sessions run from 10:00am to 11:00am. We go through the sitting posture and simple breathing techniques. Story Time with visualization and imagination activities. Learning tools for a healthy happy life, including thoughts and emotions, positive ways, loving kindness, and respect for all living beings.

If you wish, please bring something special to share - food, flowers, drinks, ideas. Parents to bring a snack or drink for your child to have after the session.
