Kilmore, it’s time to dance like nobody’s watching! We’re back this April with another No Lights No Lycra session. No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is a casual, free-form dance class held in low-light conditions, created for the pure joy of movement. There are no steps to learn, no mirrors and no expectations – just you, the music and the freedom to move however your body wants to. This is a judgment-free, substance-free, inclusive space – no dance experience is needed.
