This Sound and Meditation Journey is designed to bring us into a blissful, relaxed and balanced state so that we can approach this transformative season from a place of clarity and ease. The experience will move through breath, voice, mantra and guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring us into the present moment. From there we’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath, creating inner space for stillness, deep relaxation, and the expanded state available when mind and body are at ease.

Come along and make a junk journal. Bring mementos to make it truly unique! We’re inviting mums and daughters to enjoy some time together at our junk journal workshop. All materials are supplied, but you’re welcome to bring along personal mementos to make your journal truly yours — think greeting cards, photos, ticket stubs, notes, and little treasures you love. Ages 10+ years. BOOKINGS REQUIRED.

Join the Mother’s Day Classic on Sunday 10 May 2026 to walk or run in support of lifesaving breast and ovarian cancer research. Take part in the Gisborne run or walk at Dixon Field from 6:30 am to raise vital funds for breast and ovarian cancer research. The course follows the local parkrun route through Dixon Field, offering a well-marked, mostly flat shared path suitable for walkers, runners, prams, and wheelchairs.
