Multi-platinum UK rock royalty The Darkness are set to make their triumphant return to Australia in February 2026 with an epic run of summer shows in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sydney, Adelaide, Hobart, Fremantle, Frankston, and Melbourne. Following their massive 2024 Permission To Land 20th anniversary tour, the band are bringing their signature high-voltage energy and outrageous fun back to stages, serving up fan favourites like I Believe In A Thing Called Love and Love Is Only A Feeling, alongside new tracks from their latest album Dreams On Toast, including I Hate Myself and The Longest Kiss. This tour marks the first chance for fans to hear the new songs live. Exploding onto the scene in 2003 with their now-classic debut Permission To Land, The Darkness quickly became one of the UK’s most beloved rock bands, racking up over 1.5 million album sales, a headline set at Reading & Leeds in 2004, and a string of major awards including BRITs, Kerrang!, and an Ivor Novell. The band’s cheeky, spandex-clad anthems changed the face of British rock and continue to capture hearts and a new generation of fans around the world.
