The word Gnosis (derived from Greek) means “knowledge of an intimate nature developed through direct experience.” Gnosis cannot be arrived at through books or lectures, but rather through one’s own direct inner mystical experience of God. This knowledge or wisdom, therefore, is not found outside of us, but within. The Gnostic teachings synthesise the most essential aspects of the ancient mystery schools, religions, and esoteric systems of the past into one. This includes, but is not limited to: Esoteric Christianity, Humanism, Vajrayana Buddhism, Raja Yoga, Gnaya Yoga, and the western mystery schools (Alchemy, Fourth Way etc). Join us in this short course to initiate or expand your meditation practice, from 12th March in Kawana Island. Opportunities exist to continue deeper into these studies after this course.

Return to the Inner Temple — A Women’s Ceremony. Step away from the noise of daily life and return to the quiet wisdom within your body. Held in a small, supportive circle, the morning is designed to support grounding, emotional release, and deeper connection to feminine wisdom in a gentle and accessible way. Together we will share a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a guided meditation with a focus on womb healing and connecting to our feminine archetypes, gentle breathwork, and meaningful connection with other women in a safe and respectful environment. Light refreshments will be provided to help you ground and integrate before returning to your day. No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
