Gain an insight into the conceptual side of Victoria Reichelt’s practice and step into the world of hyper realistic art. Victoria’s paintings investigate objects and what they tell us about our past, our present and our future. Victoria will present a masterclass painting photorealistic images in oil paints on canvas. The class will focus on; Transferring the image onto the canvas; the artist will illustrate the technique that she uses. An easy method to mix oil paints, with only one medium. This will include demonstrating how to set up your palette with all the colours you need to make your artwork. Painting your own artwork with guidance from Victoria. The artist will provide photographs for visual reference, participants are welcome to bring along their own photos, however, uncomplicated images are recommended.

Australia is set to host a monumental co-headline Australian tour in May 2026, featuring UK folk punk act FRANK TURNER & THE SLEEPING SOULS and Texan pop punk mainstays BOWLING FOR SOUP. This highly anticipated event promises a summer party atmosphere with performances spanning the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Frankston, and Adelaide, concluding in Fremantle. BOWLING FOR SOUP, known for their pop punk hits and high-energy shows, will be joined by FRANK TURNER & THE SLEEPING SOULS, who bring their own blend of punk energy and a storied career. Fans can expect a night of memorable performances from two iconic bands.
Yauar Warai Wandi - Sing Dance Gather celebrates the living relationships between flora, fauna and Country. This vibrant gathering honours First Nations strength, spirit and storytelling, bringing community together through both contemporary and traditional creative expression. The event pays tribute to Gubbi Gubbi knowledge and its deep connections to neighbouring Jinibara, Quandamooka and Butchulla Country, sharing stories of land, waters, seasonal change and the beings – plant, animal and ancestral – who shape them. Through collaborative sculpture, ceremony, music and performance, Yauar Warai Wandi offers a powerful expression of connection to Country, inviting audiences to listen, learn and gather in a shared moment of cultural celebration.
