The continuing algal bloom along the South Australian coastline is having a devastating impact on our unique, local marine life and community. Reef Watch SA is offering a safe, guided Reef Ramble citizen science tour on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9am to 10:30am ACDT. During this Reef Ramble, you will be safely guided by an expert marine biologist during low tide when the shoreline is exposed and learn about the wonders of the Great Southern Reef, unique intertidal plants and animals, and current marine community programs. The event duration is 90-120 minutes.
