Our wonderful volunteer instructor will guide you through a mix of dance styles including line dancing, rock ’n’ roll and partner dancing. Each session will be adapted to suit the interests, abilities and comfort levels of the group, making it a welcoming space for all. Children and participants with additional needs are invited to join in with a parent, carer or support person who can stay and enjoy the experience together. The training incorporates lived-experience voice, real-world examples, & best-practice guidance to ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centred responses that promote safety, choice, & empowerment.
