YorKON Games Convention is a free two-day event celebrating gaming and pop culture for young people and families to enjoy fun, social activities.

Nharangga Cultural Day, proudly presented by Nharangga Aboriginal Progress Association and Yorke Peninsula Council, recommended by the Narungga Nation Aboriginal Corporation. Sponsors include the Northern and Yorke Landscape Board and Country Arts SA. This is a Connection Communities Event sponsored by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions under the Family and Business Support Program. The event provides an opportunity for the community to engage with Nharangga culture through activities like Smoking Ceremony, Welcome to Country, guided walks, panel sessions, wall mural painting, Nharangga song, music, tools, artefacts, nets, Nharangga Artists Market, free food tasting, craft, and face painting, and caring for Country. Set sessions are scheduled at 10:45am, 11:40am, 11:45am-12:15pm, 12:30-1:00pm, and 1:30-2:00PM. Guided Walks require pre-booking. Participants should wear long pants, sturdy shoes, and be Sun Smart. Water bottles and snacks are recommended. Minlagawi Gum Flat is accessible by walking or cycling via Old Port Vincent Road or Stansbury Road. Parking is encouraged in the area surrounding the Minlaton Playground/Harry Butler Red Devil Memorial on North Terrace, Minlaton, with a short walk to the main event area.
